Where the SOLD Story Started, THE ASHLYNN LEE

Before the staging. Before the awards. Before the first Parade visitor walked through the door.

THE ASHLYNN LEE by ZZ Construction was already under contract.

This 3,083-square-foot custom home was the first of our four Lone Star Ranch Parade Homes to find its buyer, going under contract while it was still in the framing stages.

But its Parade story was just getting started.

Construction continued. The home was completed and staged for the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, where visitors had the opportunity to walk through a home that already had a buyer waiting for it.

And before the Parade was over, THE ASHLYNN LEE added another accomplishment to the story, earning 2nd Place for Best Interior Design.

Then, the day after the Parade ended, the staging came out and the home was cleared so it could fund and record.

From framing, to Parade Home, to award winner, to SOLD.

European-Inspired Idaho Luxury

Set on a 1.06-acre homesite in Lone Star Ranch, THE ASHLYNN LEE brought something distinctly different to the Parade.

European and Spanish influences, warm finishes, a private courtyard and spaces designed to open to the outdoors gave the home a personality all its own.

The courtyard created an arrival experience before you ever stepped into the main living spaces, while the single-level floor plan kept the home open and connected.

Inside, warm materials and carefully selected finishes carried the architectural style throughout the home.

It was refined, comfortable and distinctly its own.

Indoor + Outdoor Living

One of the defining features of THE ASHLYNN LEE was the connection between the great room and outdoor living spaces.

Expansive accordion doors opened the home to the covered patio, allowing the two spaces to function together when entertaining.

A retractable sun screen added another layer of usability, making the outdoor space more comfortable throughout the day while preserving the openness buyers loved.

On more than an acre, the property wasn't simply something you saw through the windows.

It became part of how the home lived.

Spaces With a Purpose

The single-level floor plan included a dedicated office, junior suite and bonus room with wet bar, creating several spaces that could function independently from the main living area.

Guests had additional privacy. The office offered separation for work. And the bonus room created another place to gather and entertain away from the great room.

The primary suite added another level of comfort with heated floors, while the kitchen continued the home's elevated finish package with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

Rather than relying on one statement space, THE ASHLYNN LEE gave you something to notice throughout the home.

Award-Winning Interiors

During the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, THE ASHLYNN LEE earned 2nd Place for Best Interior Design.

It was recognition that fit this home particularly well.

The architecture established the personality, but the interiors carried it through. Warm materials, European and Spanish influences and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces created a home that felt cohesive from one room to the next.

And by the time the judges and Parade visitors walked through it, THE ASHLYNN LEE already had a buyer waiting.

The First of Four

THE ASHLYNN LEE was the first.

But it wouldn't be the last.

Over the weeks that followed, each of the other Lone Star Ranch Parade homes we represented found its buyer.

4 Parade Homes.
4 Custom Builders.
All SOLD.

THE SUMMIT | Prominent Homes

Four very different homes. Four custom builders. Four different approaches to architecture, design and living on an acre at Lone Star Ranch of Nampa, Idaho.

And every one of them sold.

For us, that's the bigger success story of the 2026 Parade of Homes.

The Parade gave hundreds of visitors an opportunity to experience Lone Star Ranch, walk these homes, meet the builders and see what living on an acre can look like.

Those four homes may now be spoken for, but Lone Star Ranch isn't finished.

The final phase brings additional opportunities to build, with available homesites and new custom spec homes giving buyers another opportunity to make Lone Star Ranch home.
