Christy DeVinaspre, Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty, is a trusted name in Idaho real estate, known for her strategic approach, integrity, and deep-rooted connection to the Treasure Valley. Licensed since 2007, Christy has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes throughout the surrounding counties of Canyon, Ada, Gem, Elmore, Payette, and Owyhee. With more than 230 successful transactions totaling over $60 million in sales volume and an average of $8 million annually, she was ranked among the Top 3 agents statewide for residential units in the second quarter of 2025.
An Idaho native and community leader, Christy’s career reflects a rare blend of professionalism and personal care. She has served as 2021 President of the Caldwell Board of Realtors®, 2021 Realtor® of the Year, and 2009 Vice President of Membership for the Women’s Council of Realtors®, while remaining a consistent Top Producer since 2016.
