THE SUMMIT by Prominent Homes has officially closed in Lone Star Ranch, completing an impressive run that began as a featured home in the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes.

From its architecture and mountain views to a vaulted lounge designed for entertaining and a primary suite with a hidden surprise, The Summit gave Parade visitors plenty to remember. 

A Custom Home Designed to Stand Apart

Set on 0.84 acres in Lone Star Ranch, The Summit was designed to take advantage of its setting and sweeping views toward the Boise Mountains.

Prominent Homes created an exterior with strong architectural character, combining layered rooflines, natural stone, warm wood textures, and expansive windows. The result was distinctive without feeling overly formal, setting the tone for what visitors discovered inside.

Across 3,357 square feet, the floor plan moved through a series of connected gathering spaces while still creating distinct places to entertain, work, relax, and retreat.

The great room opened naturally to the kitchen and dining areas, where custom cabinetry, built-in appliances, an oversized island, and a walk-through butler's pantry brought function to the home's clean, refined design.

But one of The Summit's defining spaces was just beyond.

A Lounge Made for Entertaining

The vaulted lounge gave the home an entirely different personality.

Rich stained wood, custom built-ins, expansive windows, and a wet bar gave the room a distinct personality and created a separate place to gather beyond the main living areas.

The great room provided the home’s connection to the outdoors, where large sliding doors opened to more than 1,000 square feet of covered outdoor living with multiple seating areas and a built-in grilling station. Together, the great room, lounge, and expansive patio gave the home multiple spaces to entertain while allowing each to feel distinctly its own.

Details You Had to Discover

The primary suite continued that sense of discovery.

Vaulted ceilings created volume, while separate vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, zero-threshold tile shower, and boutique-inspired walk-in closet gave the suite the finish expected in a custom home.

Then there was the detail most visitors didn't expect.

A full-length mirror concealed the entrance to a hidden room within the primary suite.

Two additional bedrooms shared a Jack-and-Jill bath while maintaining private vanities, and a dedicated office provided separate workspace away from the home's main gathering areas.

The garage was equally impressive, with a three-car garage plus a 60-foot RV garage with 16-foot ceilings, adding the kind of space that complements one-acre living in Lone Star Ranch.

Four Awards at the 2026 Parade of Homes

The Summit competed in Category 5 during the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes and earned four 2nd Place awards:

• Best Exterior

• Best Interior

• Best Decorated

• Best Kitchen

Those awards recognized different elements of the home, but together they tell a bigger story about the design, craftsmanship, finishes, and presentation Prominent Homes brought to The Summit.

Then came another measure of success: the marketplace.

Under Contract Eight Days After the Parade

The 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes concluded on June 21.

On June 29, just eight days later, The Summit was under contract.

The home spent only 21 total days on market before securing its buyer. Priced at $1,750,000.00.

That timeline is a strong finish for a home that had just spent the Parade welcoming visitors through its doors and introducing them not only to Prominent Homes, but also to the lifestyle taking shape at Lone Star Ranch.

Now, The Summit officially belongs to its new owners!

Part of a Bigger Lone Star Ranch Story

The Summit was one of four custom residences we represented in Lone Star Ranch during the 2026 Parade of Homes.

Four custom builders. Four distinctly different homes. Four different competition categories. And each came away with Parade honors.

Together, they offered visitors a look at what custom living can mean at Lone Star Ranch, where approximately one-acre homesites provide room for larger homes, RV garages, expansive outdoor living, and views that are difficult to duplicate in a traditional subdivision.
